Hello everyone, I just upgraded my macOS from Sequoia to Tahoe and I have been having issues opening coot from sbgrid. I have the standalone coot 1.1.19 I downloaded from homebrew but its not functioning well. When I click two atoms to real space refine nothing happens. I can see the cursor on a particular amino acid residue but when I click it, another amino acid residue name displays in the coot window. Please anyone with assistance on this i will really appreciate it. I have been unable to do any refinement since Friday.
