I have the standalone coot 1.1.19 I downloaded from homebrew
Latest Coot from homebrew is 1.1.20 - thanks Yoshitaka Moriwaki
but its not functioning well. When I click two atoms to real space
refine nothing happens.
i) Coot has changed to "Select First"
ii) One rarely needs to refine with a double atom pick, i.e. use tandem
or sphere refine instead
iii) if you really want click click refine then you need to click on
"Range/Pair" before you click on your atoms and then Refine -> RSR
Refine Range.
Please anyone with assistance on this i will really appreciate it. I
have been unable to do any refinement since Friday.
