To summarize, there were two main suggestions: 1) pdbsum generate, and 2) overprot. Unfortunately, OverProt seems to be limited to database entries, so not available for unpublished data. On the other hand, pdbsum in-server seems to have a waiting time equal to the scheduled update program (every hour or so), while the standalone version doesn’t recognize the OS (currently on Tahoe 26.2, so that tracks).
