If it’s helpful, I have developed a Python-based tool for TLS segment
optimization based on the published TLSMD algorithm. I have been testing it
myself and plan to make it available on GitHub once I’ve cleaned it up a bit,
but I would be happy to share the current version if you would like to try it.
