AFAIK the DZQ11 uses a totally different register layout than the DL11/DLV11 and won't work with any OS or bootstrap for TU58 -- at least not without modification. The simple thing to do is get a DLV11 and set it up as SLU0 for TU58. They're fairly cheap/common, I have a few if you can't find one elsewhere.
