Doesn't work for me anymore. All QIC bands (even these from newer
cartridges) have become unusable.
The best replacement I could find (but difficult to buy) are the white
polyurethane Mobilon Bands from Nisshinbo, part number MB-15063WA
I've never baked a QIC tape. The only problem I've ever had with QIC
tapes are bands.
Lucky you.
I have tons of QIC tapes, notably old DC-300 cartridges, that won't even
move a single millimeter without baking.
