[cctalk] Sick KA630-AA (uVAX-II CPU)

I have a KA630-AA that used to work.  While debugging other 
problems, I tried plugging it into slot 8 of a BA23 card 
cage, and it popped something.  Does anybody know what parts 
are damaged on the board?  I know this exposed some parts to 
+/- 12 V supplies.
