I know that the project requests that contributions be made under the MIT license, but I was wondering whether 2-clause or 3-clause BSD would be an appropriate alternative.
I read the section on licensing and why MIT is requested -- and from that it would seem that those BSD licenses would be fine for future relicensing (since they're obviously compatible with the LGPL, etc.) but I just wanted to double check.
