Something to bind to Alt-F2 that fits in with an otherwise-all-Motif 
desktop. :D  Kinda like GNOME + KDE's runner, but not using GTK/Qt.

I was just going to dump a tarball on my site before I thought about 
perhaps posting it ot the list.  It's not like it's a major feature or 
anything, just something I think might be useful.  I was wondering whether 
I should submit it here in case it's the sort of thing that would be 
useful for inclusion/preconfiguration (since AFAIK CDE doesn't have a 
runner.)

The only reason I asked about the license was because I typically go with 
BSD for licenses by default.
