The question probably is, how tightly we want to integrate PulseAudio
into CDE.
Probably not at all.. CDE does not make use of any audio capabilities
other than the standard X bell.
It might be nice to start the required services in Xsession on each
system, but as you mentioned, everybody seems to do it differently.
