The second milestone I'd like introduce is the upcoming 10,000-th commit. That is, 10 thousand times someone took the time to write up a small commit message, accompanying a patch to the CDK source code. It has not happened yet, but is expected to happen within the next couple of days. The current commit number is 9972. Just in case you want to watch it happen, join the #cdk channel on the irc.freenode.net network (Internet Relay Chat). On this channel, all commit messages are posted.
