That's what I 've already did  here
https://ambit.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/ambit/trunk/cdk-maven , for the
sole purpose of deploying cdk jars to maven repository (and solving
dependency issues similar to reported by Dmitry). But it is a fully
functional maven project and if cdk code is copied into the relevant
folders, it should compile into separate modules.
