Not on. We need to retain some control over who gets listed. I get many requests which do not appear on this list. There have been (and will be) quite a few which I *will not* list (I check the URL before I add the listing, and there are some which do not even mention OO.o. There was even one which bad-mouthed us :( and another which actually led to a porn site). So direct, user-driven addition to the list is simply not on.
