The extras do not have to be put into the installer. Just make an
index.html page that can be launched when browsing the CD. It
should have descriptions of the included files and links to them
so the user knows where to get them.
The only installer is the one with Windows versions and that can
be started automatically when the CD is inserted in the drive.
