You do not have the authority to make that statement.

Joshy, do not supply any such details unless you wish to get a complete CD.
You do not have to use anyone's "Distribution system", you are quite entitled
to create your own.

First of all, you need to decide what you want to do. Are you planning to
distribute an English only version? If so, then consider our pre-built CD
images which can be downloaded free of charge from
<http://distribution.openoffice.org/cdrom/iso_download.html>. Do you want to
include other materials, such as a Hindi language pack? There is a pack,
unfortunately not yet fully tested, available at
<http://download.openoffice.org/all_rc.html#untested-lp>.

You might also like to look at the Hindi Native Language pages, located at
<http://hi.openoffice.org/>, for more information.
