You may be a ditributor, but you have no right to a) give anyone "permission" 
to distribute, or b) actively solicit custom for your own distribution setup. 
If, and only if, someone wishes to purchase a CD, do you have any right to 
mention prices.

I suggest you re-read the post to which I responded. You have overstepped the 
bounds.
