I'm using the cygwin port of cdrecord on WinME. It works great as does mkisofs.
However I do get an error message with cdrecord that says it is unable to
set the priority. I'm guessing it wants high or realtime priority but is
probably only getting normal or less.
I run the program in DOS (not cygwin/bash).

Is this a problem with cygwin or cdrecord? I've read where the Win9x
priority scheme leaves something to be desired but is there anything I can
do about this?
