I am trying to find a good DVD burner that will work with ProDVD on a Solaris SPARC based system. Almost all of the DVD burners I have found use EIDE with others using firewire and USB2.0. I have SUN systems that have firewire (Blade1000 systems from SUN) and these same systems have USB (although I do not think it is 2.0). I also have SUN systems with EIDE (Ultra-10s), but I'm not sure if it'll even work. I'm leaning towards trying out one of the firewire drives just to see if it'll work, but I want to see if anyone else has any experience or information to pass along.
