Celtst has some quests.
Also, b2cs provides a number of sample quests
https://b2cs.delcorp.org/dev/browser/trunk/scripts/bpymodules/b2cs/templates/quest.
Some of the b2cs examples use them
http://b2cs.delcorp.org/index.php/Examples.

Finally, the cheesegame
http://b2cs.delcorp.org/examples/cel/cheesegame.blend (an example for
b2cs) was created by darek as a quest tutorial, with the accompaining
pdf: http://b2cs.delcorp.org/b2cs_cheesegame_tutorial.pdf.

Greetings!
