just a note on all the release candidates that have been coming out 
recently. Within all the tarball's the software is contained in a 
directory that looks like a snapshot release of the release branch - 
i.e., pcenv-snap20061116branch0_1. It would be useful, to me at least, 
to have the directory with a name more similar to the release candidate 
tarball filename - i.e., pcenv-x86_Linux-0.1rc3.

Once you start having multiple RC's scattered around the place it starts 
to get a bit confusing as to which one corresponds to which candidate.
