I had a look at your local JIRA, and while I'm sure that there were
features which were turned off as I was not an admin, I don't think that
anything that I saw put it ahead of Bugzilla, especially when balanced
against the limitations of the license for JIRA (we have to ask their
permission before adding any new projects).

I don't think Poi has the same level of features as Bugzilla (e.g. CC
lists, etc...).

Trac is also missing a lot of features, although it does have an
integrated wiki and Subversion integration (however, we already have a
wiki, and I don't think integrating it with the bugtracker would really
help us much). Closing issues in commit messages might be convenient,
although there are ways to get it working in Bugzilla too, see for
example http://sean-janus.optionpc.com/me/software/bugtraq/

Best regards,
Andrew
