Daud I would like to know who said this is not an official communication medium for such things like fixtures? What is the correct medium?

Now we have to start making phone calls, where not possible we have to drive to their homes and look for our players. Most of the teams, their players are accessible and around, some of us,may be only one person checks these emails. Put into consideration all teams when annoucing late fixtures. This is why i personally asked for the fixture by wednesday of not tuesday so that we could arrange and make phone calls. Unles sif the organisers are going to call every team captian about this. Since i also remembr that emails is not the official communiciation medium. Everyone is in a fix here and i wonder what sort of tournament this is turning into..obviuosly does not befit.
