Sten et al; I dont think there is a problem, if anything what we have is a small communication problem in that as people we are interpreting issues differently which is normal. In basketball, ever since, there has been a communication problem starting from organisers to the teams a well as from teams to the officials. This is not normal and its sad that we have let our game to get disorganised. this is a culture it can change. Communication is a big problem and we need to address it. Where are we with the elections? communication again... As far meeting is concerned, the forum is facilitating the meeting where people are exchanig their views. The problem is when people who have asnwers dont correct others and information si not shared on time. What happened to transparency and the right to information? The big shots will understand that this forum is an internal CEZOBAL grouping thus the exchange happenign here is friendly fire except if taken outside the forum..say at Kamiliyoni and Maimbas place. Besides which big shot has given basketball a Big Shot in the past 13years????? Only Bingu and for campaign reasons, next year it will be gone. Osamathamanga magazi... This is what i had asked to do earlier this week but since we seem to see differently, i wonder how the games will go ahead beause there is a little confusion here as far as the fixture is concerned. Ofcourse, you need to have a fixture to tell your teams to come and play. Basketball is an organised sport and you play according to fixtures. You plan according to fixtures. There is a reason why we need to know the entire fixture before and not on the day of the games. Its a game and it requires strategy. My team is diiferent form your team, you can easily mobilise your players in a second while i cant. its a fact, George will need time to call everyone to tell them about the games. Make sure you call George about the fixture too, he is the Captain. In coaching there is a philosophy called Scouting which uses fixtures alot, Mimbulu as a team needs to know who they play when so that we can scout and plan. Besides, you will not be there on saturday to coordinate these games and the people you are handing over, i am not sure they will handle the games like you could have, we saw this the last time the games were played. So, if asking for a fixture well in time is an offense, i apologise but if it was soemthing that should have been done. Osakwiya, keep up the good work, everyone wasnts to see basketball develop!
