Ben,

Remember the Washington DC area is more than just DC, there are quite a few
other places in the immediate area, such as Alexandria, or Arlington
Virginia, and the Maryland Suburbs. These areas are readily accessible from
the DC Subway system which is quite good. You may want to expand your search
to include these.
