I, for one, notice the ads in CFDJ.  I even read them farily 
completely.  However, I would also note with interest a one page 
flyer.  The full page sounds very expensive, and you could probably 
get quite a bit of mileage from other forms of advertising.  I 
occasionally (but less so than with print ads) notice and respond to 
ads that are part of commercial (targeted) email messages.

This posting of yours has actually been a very effective 
advertisement for me :).  When/where can I buy the book??
