I love this line ...

I think it just another flawed bill that hopes to create an unenforceable
law that is meant to protect people who don't know any better and don't
care, but only makes things more complicated for everyone and was only
created because someone just wants to get on someone else's good side.
Actually, that covers about 1/2 of them, huh? ;)
