I've been writing a lot of stuff for a functions book that's already over a
year behind. One part of the book is on CFSCRIPT and UDF. I suggested to
Judith today that I could rip out the chapters on CFSCRIPT, UDF and some
functions, bind it all together and make it a small book.
Do you think people would buy a book that only covered that? OK, It'll have
a lot of real examples and such but we're not talking more than 100 pages or
so. Would it be better as an EBook only till the full functions book comes
out? Would it be better to print this one and then do the functions
reference as only the functions and the 'additional info' as only that
(making a 3 book set)?

As a basic, the functions book is supposed to be half function reference
(all functions, all attributes, etc.) and the other part being about 12
chapters on related stuff like evaluation, arrays, cfscript, udf, regex,
etc. This would total in the 550-650 pages range (without lots of examples).
