Hmm... in Macromedia Flash 4 there was rudimentary scripting, and it was
handled by choosing items from menus in a fixed-size window.
I'd go along with what Amit said... in the current version you can resize
the scripting window, use menus or direct scripting, import/export scripts
so you can work in your favorite text editor, link to external scripts,
etc.
I'm not certain myself whether TagDefs for ActionScript already exist...
that would be a good item for [EMAIL PROTECTED] in any event,
