Orphanages were traditionally ran by the churches.. remember them, they
get tax free status....
I could rant for a bit about orhpans and what a shame that all is...
that parents should take care of there children and if something should
happen to them the community and their extended family should give a
hand.
For the most part, poor people do get poor school... show me a long
list of good schools in poor neighborhoods.. show me one with a lower
than average drop out rate, drug rate and suicide rate.
