I remember reading about this a long time ago, and I just finished
re-reading that chapter in the bible. I think what you are referring to is
Genesis chapter 6 where it refers to "sons of God" sleeping with the
"daughters of men". The "sons of God" are often interpreted as angels that
are co-habitating with earthly people. There are other texts where "sons of
God" simply mean Godly men, and not angels, so it can be interpreted either
way.
Many have interpreted angels or any person like creature that "fell from the
sky" as being an alien.Technically speaking an angel could be considered an
"alien". (As in "not of this earth")
There is also talk of the "Nephilim" -- the hebrew word for this is "fallen
ones". Many people have interpreted this to be those angels that fell from
heaven with Lucifer. However, the Nephilim are also refered to as "heroes of
old/men of renown". Most likely it is interpreted as a people of great size
that were once great warriors but are now regular old sinners like you an
me. :)
As for the act of fortelling the future -- the Bible if filled with hundreds
of prophecies fortelling the future and in the new testament, the book of
Revelation is chock full of it.
