Year is the other thing. It is not a Tax rebate. It is a tax advance. Come 
April 15th you will find that there was a catch. This was the Democratic 
Compromise.

The way it was figured if you got one of these checks then your taxes 
should go down enough to cover that check. So I got $300, yesterday as a 
matter of fact, and now come April 15th when I fill out my 1040 form I will 
declare that check and poof my rebate will drop by $300.
