Yup, just further evidence that GW is the biggest horses a.. to sit in the
Oval Office in modern times.
As I've said before, the tax cut (really, a rebate), was the most
lame-brained scheme imaginable. It isn't sound economics. It isn't
conservative. It isn't smart. And in the end, I think it will prove to be
stupid politically as well.
