That looks like hog's head cheese, a cajun delicacy! That's one of my
favorite snacks. Spicy hog's head cheese on a cracker with hot
mustard...... Yum!
All I need now is a cold beer. -5 degrees C would be the best. Maybe even
colder. Where can I find some liquid nitrogen?
