I like it..it tastes really cool.
We make that in Trinidad too.

Goes great with bread and stuff. And there's no seasoning. Just pull it out the pack, 
throw it in the frying pan and you are
good to go!

I'd a cousin from a real rural part of Ireland who used to eat the stuff
raw.
We called him the King of Ming Mountain.
