I don't know what the good way is, but that's why I'm a coder, not a
politician.

We do have a pretty good idea what country he is in, but the question is
how to get that country to kick him out. Of course, considering how much
the ruling party of Afghanistan has p*ssed people off by destroying freedom
in their own country, destroying national landmarks on "religious grounds,"
and harboring known terrorists who attack people other than in the US, we
will probably not be the only country reacting to this.

But my point is that reacting with violence will only beget more violence.
Treating any group of people as terrorists because they hold the same
ideals as terrorists or because they associate with terrorists would prove
that we are against religious, social, and possibly ethnic rights.

I don't know the answer, but I can tell you that our natural reaction is
one of the two worst possible actions. The other worst reaction would be to
do nothing. There has to be a rational middle ground or this behavior will
recur.
