As someone who has been lurking this list for months now, I am
sickened to see you say that these animals are "beautiful scapegoats".
What's to scapegoat? These animals have been known terrorists, have
taken hundreds of lives for what they call "religion", and have
repeatedly said that killing Americans, civilians or not, was a key goal
and part of their lifestyle.
No, our "intelligence" isn't perfect. No, I don't think that
Americans won't be happy until something is blown up. We are NOT a
nation of animals. We are civilized, DESPITE your outlook on us. We
are a unified nation, horrified by these tragedies, these senseless
losses of lives. Maybe you're all happy and cozy where you're at, but
quite frankly, I think YOU are full of bullshit.
I work and live in NYC. I saw the GOD DAMNED plane hit WTC
south. I saw the towers come down with my own damned eyes. I have seen
the horrors over and over in the media. Didn't the towers falling apall
you?
My taken on this, Mr. Stewart, is that you need to think about
the families hurt in this situation. Take off the "shades" you so
dearly covet and realize that this world isn't perfect, and that justice
doesn't ALWAYS prevail.
Grow up.

Uhhh...hello.
There are International Laws governing crimes such as these, and people
who commit such crimes can be brought to justice before a court of law
if they can be captured.
Aprehending and arresting someone does not necessarily mean firing
tomahawk missiles into 'suspected' locations and populated areas hoping
to somehow magically kill that person, especially without proof that
this was not a concerted act by a country as a whole, but rather a group
of individuals.
Last I checked the United States, the UK, THe Israelis, the French..and
even Russia supposedly had a vast network of Intelligence agents,spies,
and counter terrorism task forces at their disposal.
But then again, the American people might not be happy unless they see a
