I didn't feel I needed to say what has already been said by so many, in so
many different ways.

I felt like crying when I saw wome of those news reports, and the sheer
trauma of what was taking place.
You would recall, that Trinidad's major city was nearly burnt to the ground
during a coup attempt in 1990, and our entire economy was set back several
years, some estimate even a decade because of it. Several people died,
businesses were closed and the landscape of my city was changed forever.

And those dissidents STILL exist in our society because instead of shooting
them all down we went the diplomatic and legal route...and would you belive
they GOT OFF!??? According to our British Westminster system of government
an amnesty signed by the Prime Minister was valid and legally binding...and
so these monsters walked free.

So dread man, I fully understand the senitment to bomb em all to hell, and
I've seen the justice system go terribly, terribly wrong with an act of
terrorism.

You have your valid points, but you're not a NYer. Did you lose anyone
in this mess? Do you give a rat's ass about anything that's happened to
the victims of this crime?

I think I'm about done with this topic.

Good day,
