Wouldn't laws restricting incestuous relationships come into play then?
So yes, you remove the "victim" factor as both are "consenting adults," but you enter another realm entirely by introducing an incestuous relationship.
So let's then re-word _your_ statement, while still keeping with the "victimless" mindset.
What if a 50 year-old man wants to marry a 25 year-old woman?
If both are consenting, no problem, right?
So, then what is a 50-year-old (consenting) man wants to marry a 25-year-old (consenting) man?
Both are consenting, why is there a problem with that? Is there a victim in _this_ relationship?
