In most places, the "sodomy laws" have been declared and upheld to be unconstitutional.
But don't worry, the early century law that was passed to keep whites and blacks from marrying is still alive, well, and being enforced here in Massachusetts.
Inconvenient I'm sure, but them there's the law.
