Dana, I have seen some favorable signs. I was just at Internet Planet and at CFUN-04, and at both shows I saw companies actually spending for "gadget" giveaways. I have not seen this in a while. That I take as a sign that things are improving (or at least that companies seem to think so).

Also on the plus side -- I have seen more listings for CF jobs in general all over, though mostly for lower level CF programmers.
