I am humbled.

That was very well stated and I obviously misread you.
Please accept my apologies.

I also want to thank you for going to war you are a
truly brave man and I respect that and wish a safe
return. For the record I never served.

Against many people on the lists wishes I will
respond bellow.

Im not really to the right. I dont believe in any of
the Conservative core values.
Im pro-choice.
I support a right to bare arms but dont believe in
the need for assault weapons. I have no strong
feelings either way.
My car is American made and gets over 30mpg.
Not even sure what there other core values are but
probably dont support them.

I only mentioned it because you called me a troll.
Just stating Im a ColdFusion community member for a
long time even if I havent posted here before.

I only do that after Im attacked. M H was relentless
in the name calling all because I had a different
point of view. None of what he said was provoked. Then
making fun of my writing skills I saw as a way to
shame me off the list. I havent done much writing in
20 years. Plus I was under attack from so many
different angles I didnt know I had to stop and spell
check. That doesnt mean I dont read and know the
issues. I write code, if you misspell you throw an
exception.
I do back up all my points with blurbs and links. But
because I mention Rush theyre automatically
dismissed. Rush himself is discredited because he had
a drug problem. Nobody can find fault in what he says,
but they dismiss him because of his drug abuse. Thats
not a fair debate, thats just avoiding the facts by
calling him a junkie.

Thats the issue I want to know about. I dont know
the facts; I just know what I read. But to take
Moores word of all published accounts is where I have
a problem.

Nobody disputes Iraq had WMDs years ago and now
theyre missing. UN confirmed they destroyed some but
the rest are still missing. Bushs reason for war was
that those WMDs would end up in the hands of
terrorist that wanted to hurt America. So I dont see
the lies. He never claimed, until two weeks ago, that
Iraq was tied to Al Queda. Im willing to talk about
the so-called lies but everyone keeps pointing to
Moore. Show me something thats at least half credible
and I might be swayed.

Wow, I know hes a company man and will not go the
Ollie North route to save his ass but I never thought
hed lose that much respect from the military. I
wonder how many others feel that way.

I definitely agree with you there. But I also dont
blame Cheney. Theyve been doing it for years and
maybe the Bush administration is guilty of not putting
extra safeguards in place but nobodies done it before.
No reason to impeach Bush on this.

I dont feel I was doing the attacking but the
defending. They were using Michael Moore rumors and I
was quoting liberals that were calling his statements
lies. They wouldnt discuss the corrections with me
just call me names.

Yes, the beauty of this country is freedom of speech
applies to all, not just the citizens. But out of
common courtesy, while a guest here, take one day off
from the rhetoric and enjoy the holiday. Thats all I
meant.

Thanks,
And if Im slurring a bid dont call the English
teacher, its because Im still celebrating the
holiday.

Again best of luck and kick some ass.
