This is a pretty common result when stress-testing a new homebuilt
system. Is this a homebuilt or retail? Overclocking? Overheating was a
good guess. How do you know it wasn't? What are the cpu and system
temps? What are you/he doing when it reboots? I've seen the same
problems with video cards overheating (usually preceeded by strange
visual artifacts) and memory problems.
