States).

with time to spare. we'll get to see how much that helps them. ;^)
But both MS and Nintendo are planning to release loads of information about
their next consoles at E3 - but only Sony has announced playable hardware
(or, more specifically, the intention to have playable hardware - we'll see
if they deliver).
