One of the rumors that has been floating around the Internet and other
places is the fact that some groups that are interested in disrupting
the convention have mumbled plans about faking a terrorist-like
attack.

Apparently "anarchists" have been talking about how to "fool
bomb-sniffing dogs" into delivering false alerts... this from the
people that throw marbles at policemen on horses. Not your standard
"partisan political attacks" by any stretch of the imagination.
