So..you have a machine or whatever and it randomly beeps when someone should be
searched, and whomever is coming through the turnstiles at that point gets
searched.
It can't be every tenth person, because someone can figure that out and thus
avoid a search.
Random means that no one can complain about racial profiling, its totally
random.
Heaven help America when they recruit white , blue eyed middle aged men to the
militant islamic cause.

The judge just said that random searches WITHOUT A REASON are not allowed.
If the person looks suspicious, they can still search. All normal police
procedures are still allowed. The judge just said that going near a protest
zone is not reason enough BY ITSELF for the search.
This makes me feel less secure.
So if a person doesn't fit a certain profile, they won't be searched.
