I don't think she was being hysterical. If she was she would have run upto them screaming and not sat in her seat calmly worrying.

I mean if you want sure sit on the plane and go on no their is nothing wrong with 14 people standing up in the aisles. I just few to baltimore to see my family and at most you have 3-5 people standing up and not all a group from one party. I don't know how much you fly but 14 people up in a 767 is still alot of people standing up.  *shrugs*
