You know damn well that was a slap at Bush for ousting
Hussein.

? I know damn well what??

Just can't stand the facts can you. You need to be
able to spew your rubbish with out question. I'm
amazed at how nasty people like you get when
corrected.

Nah, it's just that you can't comment on anything without taking it to the
extreme. I just occasionally feel the need to bring you back down to
Earth...

I have no respect for you and don't want your respect.
I don't even know who the hell you are. You seem a bit
too simple for my likings. Since you represent the
entire list can you tell them I just have a different
point of view than you? If nobody here respects me
then I'm sorry for that, but every good debate needs
two sides. I provide the other side.

Fair enough. At least we can agree that we don't respect each other. The too
simple bit is humorous though... No, I don't represent the entire list, and
I was presumptuous in speaking as if I did. For that, I apologize to the
list. As far as your providing the "other side", let's look at your
contribution to this thread:

Sounds like Al Gore never got over the fact that he lost.
    So sad.

    Sorry, he created the Internet.
    Better?

That's crazy. That's way too out there to be believable. You trust
everything the DNC tells you huh?

    Yada yada yada.

    What really happened in Haiti?

In December 1990, Carter traveled to Haiti, where he
labored to undercut Jean-Bertrand Aristide during the
final days of the presidential race. According to a
top Aristide aide, Carter predicted that Aristide
would lose, and urged him to concede defeat. (He ended
up winning 67 percent of the vote.)

Since then, Carter has developed a warm regard for
Haiti's bloodthirsty armed forces. Returning from his
recent mission to Port-au-Prince, Carter actually
expressed doubt that the Haitian military was guilty
    of human rights violations.

    There's more about your hero...

(Note: This is the first time in this thread that you made anything
resembling an argument)

I read the Pew Report and your numbers are all wrong. It's mainly about
support for the war. The numbers you
quote are also from countries that support the suicide bombers.

I never said Democrats are not capable of good. I've
even voted for a few in my time.
Just don't like the big four, Clintons, Gore and
Kerry.

This comes from the fact that I can almost always predict which threads you
will jump into and exactly what you will say, because I have heard/read it
elsewhere. And since I have never heard you say ANYTHING positive regarding
the Democrats, well, therein lies the reason behind that statement.

And why should I trust you?
Everyday I read nonsense about how Bush is ruining the
world and Iraq was the wrong country and the world
hates us and Bush falls off his bike so he's an idiot.
I just respond to the attacks. The attacks I read
sound like blithering toons so I try to make
correction.

I guess we just see things from the opposite side of the fence. I think Bush
(& company)  _is_ ruining the perception of our country in the rest of the
world (not just Germany and Russia, either). I think that the attack on Iraq
was impulsive at best. I do NOT think that we are safer today than we were
prior to the war on Iraq. Hell, my own sister is Republican and I can have
debate with her because she doesn't resort to simply spouting what she hears
on Fox, O'Reilly, Rush, et. al. She has even gotten me to see her side of
things (on a few issues), as well as faults in the democrat position, so it
can be done. Sorry about the toon thing, but I had just had it.

Have a Nice Day!
