Very interesting. Nothing really surprising, except for the rational for the
war. While I had heard about the oil rational, the number of people who
believe that to be the primary reason was surprising

But without copying the numbers down, in the last 3 years on the
average in the middle east the overall attitudes towards the US went
from neutral/favourable to decidedly and strongly negative. In Europe
the attitude went from very positive to quite negative. In general,
only in the US has the attititude remained stable.
Why does this matter, when the US is so dependent on the outside
world, these attitudes will come back to bite us big time.
