And when i say a "majority", of course i mean a majority of the counted votes. If 3 people in the US vote, and 2 voted for Mickey Mouse.......he's yer prez.

  Oh and on a side note, there is no way in hell a Constitutional Amendment
  getting rid of the Electoral College would ever pass, it would require � of
  the state legislature to approve it. There is no way small states will allow
  it to pass, and the Senators and Representatives from those states will not
  allow it either.
