Containment just made Saddam and several other
countries much richer. It was a huge failure. People
were dying because they were'nt getting the food or
medicine that was intended for them. To prolong it
another 10 uears would have been much worse.

They did pose a threat to the US. They were horboring
a 9/11 terrorist. They had Al Qaeda training camps in
Iraq. They had and used WMD's. Tried to aquire
uranium. They tried to kill a former President of the
US.

What do you need as proof a smoking gun? Last time we
had a smoking gun 3000 were dead.
